Is Umbrella branding shown to customers?

Yes. By default, Umbrella’s branding is shown in customer-facing widgets, emails, and the warranty portal. However, you can remove all Umbrella branding and fully white-label the experience by upgrading to a premium plan. This replaces our logo and name with your store’s branding.
