Can customers access their warranty info after purchase?
Yes. Customers can view their warranty coverage through two main areas in their account:
- Order History Page: Each eligible product displays its warranty status, expiration date, and a “File a Claim” button directly under the line item.
- Dedicated “My Warranties” Page: This page shows a full list of all covered products, claim statuses, and direct access to the claims portal.
Both access points are fully optional and can be enabled or disabled based on your preferences. You decide how visible warranty information is in the customer account experience.
