You can choose to review and resolve each claim manually—offering a repair, replacement, or store credit—or you can configure rules to automatically approve certain claims. You also decide whether to charge a deductible, shipping fee, or other costs as part of the resolution. Everything is fully customizable to fit your preferred level of involvement and customer service standards.
